Vick Millard is a minor character in Zee Bawx, she was one of Maxwell White's victims—Being skinned alive. She can be seen when the player uses the St. Patrick's Day Injector on the Loot Rain Maker machine, holding a sign thanking them for using the injector. She could be commonly seen with Elly Tisiphone and Mark Bismark.
Appearance
A pastel blue animaion with little bits of flesh on her hands and parts of her upper torso, everywhere else from the shoulder down is exposed bloodied muscle. Her face is torn apart, revealing her skull beneath with her right eye dangling out of the socket.

After being kidnapped when walking home from school, she was taken to a dark room with a bed, layed upon it and put to sleep. When awoken she found a white figure peeling her skin from her lower torso, trying to remove as much as he can. After passing out from shock, she woke up with half her face missing, her lower body skinless, her tail completely gone, and her tongue removed. When the Carrier picked her up, they took her back to her house, in which, instead of going inside, she dug a hole in the forest behind her house and layed herself within it, collapsing the pile of dirt upon herself.
