Zee Bawx Wiki:Rules

The Zee Bawx Wiki is a public, online source for Zee Bawx information, that anyone can edit. Thus, it is overseen by its administrators and general contributors, with civil-collaboration being expected of all users. The Zee Bawx Wiki has a set of rules that all users should follow.

  1. Absolutely do not harass, stalk, or otherwise attempt to personally harm GiantMilkDud, or any Ex-Zee Bawx Moderators and Staff for any content on this wiki. This is not endorsed, nor accepted, period.
    1. This includes doxing, death threats, or otherwise intimidating behavior. Not only does this not comply with United States and International Law. But makes the wiki a toxic cesspool, which is not needed.
    2. This also includes this kind of behavior towards fellow wiki editors.
  2. Do not vandalize, spam, or otherwise edit disruptively.
    1. Do not get involved in edit warring, or repeatedly reverting edits by others that you disagree with. Use talk pages to resolve disagreements through discussion.
  3. For pages that contain potentially distressing content (or mentions and/or displays images of sensitive content), it is best to add a content warning to warn readers of potentially triggering content.
    1. An example of a content warning code block:
      {{Mbox/wikitext | type = speedy | image = [[File:ContentWarning.png|100px]] | text = '''Content Warning''' | info = ''This page may contain content that may be triggering for some readers, please be advised while reading this page:'' [Light and Brief Description of Sensitive or Triggering Content] | doc = yes |namespace=file}}
    2. For outdated terminology (such as terms that are now considered slurs and/or generally offensive), please use this code block:
      {{Mbox/wikitext | type = speedy | image = [[File:ContentWarning.png|100px]] | text = '''Content Warning''' | info = ''This page contains outdated terminology, and light stereotyping that was absolutely not right for the time, and is certainly not okay now. The terminology is being used in the way it was originally presented, as to do otherwise would be the same as claiming it was never used at all:'' [The Word in Question, Plus a Hyperlink to the Definition] | doc = yes |namespace=file}}
    3. If you are unsure if a page requires a content warning, please contact an admin through the talk page.
      1. General rule of thumb; if the content itself is inherently sensitive to talk about (sexual assault, rape, bestiality, incest, ect.), or if it shows graphic imagery (disturbing content that may be considered fetishistic, partial nudity with characters wearing only bikinis or undergarments, gore, ect.), it should have a warning.
    4. This rule does not mean pornographic content can be uploaded to the wiki, pornographic content is explicitly not allowed.
      1. Pornographic content includes any content with explicit sexual intercourse, and nudity that shows genitalia.
  4. The wiki is not a file-hosting service. If an uploaded file is not integrated into a useful page soon after the upload, it may be deleted without notice.
    1. Uploading images for your userspace is allowed.
  5. Accounts with offensive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate usernames may be blocked indefinitely.
    1. This includes impersonating figures such as GiantMilkDud and/or Ex-Zee Bawx Moderators and Admins.
  6. Abuse of multiple accounts for block evasion or other circumvention of policy may result in these accounts being indefinitely blocked.
    1. An editor may have more than one account only if all accounts used by the editor are clearly marked.
    2. Conversely, each account should only be used by one person. If a group or organization wishes to edit on-wiki, each individual member that will be editing needs to create their own account
  7. Using Generative AI (for example, ChatGPT) to edit the wiki is not allowed.
  8. Do not attempt to disrupt or otherwise impede the functioning of the wiki. This includes, but is not limited to:
    1. Uploading WebP or WebM files. These are terrible for archival, and the wiki automatically compresses files to these formats for you.
    2. Uploading or linking to scripts, warez, executables, or other such programs.
    3. Uploading illegal content. Legality in this context is determined by United States law.
    4. Any other activity that could lead to a disruption of the wiki.
